Submission information

Paper submission will be handled via EDAS. Please use this link for submission. There is also a general conference page on EDAS.

In case of problems: The EDAS conference identifier is 11151.

Camera-ready version

For the camera-ready version of accepted papers, you have to use the IEEE standard template, you can find all the information on the corresponding IEEE webpage. We strongly advise to use the LaTeX template. Full papers are up to 8 pages, in double column format, including all figures, tables, abstract, and references.

Upload your camera-ready paper to EDAS!

Author’s Kit for submission

Submit a paper as extended abstract. We advise to use this LaTeX template.

NOTE: Template was updated January 5rd!

The submission format for the papers is an extended abstract, up to eight pages long. Please use 11 pt character size, one column text, double spacing, and letter paper. This page budget should contain all figures, tables, references, etc. The extended abstract should include a brief abstract of up to 150 words. Only PDF files are acceptable; please make sure that the paper prints without problems (take care to embed all required fonts, etc.).

Note: EDAS seems to complain occasionally about the paper being less than 20pt font size, which is obviously not intended. We are currently pursuing the reason for this behaviour; it should no longer happen with the template version currently online (updated January 3rd). If you stick STRICTLY to the template, it is ok to ignore these warnings.

Papers not conforming to this format will be not be reviewed and are summarily rejected!

Full papers, of up to 8 pages, in IEEE conference double column format, will be published in the conference proceedings and will be available via the IEEE Xplore website (Xplore access is currently in the paperworks with IEEE; this is a slow administrative process).
